Kashia Vega is a Berlin-based independent singer-songwriter, composer, and pianist. She was born in Szczecin, Poland. For many years, she has been participating in circles and workshops for women, constantly striving for self-development and self-discovery. She graduated with a.dual degreea the Freie Universität Berlin. She is a polyglot, and a speaker at international conferences.

In her everyday life, she works in the field of international cooperation as an expert for global communication and women’s empowerment. In music, a path she started at just seven years of age, she finds another way to tell her stories and inspire others. Since the age of thirteen, she has been composing and writing songs in Polish, English, and German.

Her debut album “Kropla” (The Drop) is a multidimensional story about a woman who meets, develops, and learns about herself. The artist takes us on a unique musical and verbal journey, full of intimate confessions and deep feeling. Her songs, create a diary painted with sound and words. It is an album that gives hope and encourages developing and following your heart and soul. At the moment, three songs from the album “Kropla”– “Zew Natury” (Nature’s Call) , “Konie” (Horses) and “O tej, co kochała za bardzo” (About a woman who loved too much) feat. Damian Ukeje – have had their premiere.

In terms of music, Kashia does not compromise – she follows her own path. None of the tracks are the same – in terms of melody, harmony, vocal usage, and the chosen musical arrangement.

The artist weaves various musical elements into her songs, creating unique and memorable melodies. An inseparable element of her work and a constant companion of her musical stories is the piano – her great love.

Kashia Vega is a finalist of The Voice of Polonia 2024 (it takes place in November in Brussels) and the XIX International Song Festival “Carpathia Festival”, where she premiered her debut single “Zew Natury” together with the Podkarpacka Philharmonic Orchestra.

She is also a laureate of the International Competition for Songwriters organized in Germany und Austria by Rabenwald Verlag, recordJet, iZotope, Padraig Music & Writing und Sarre Side Studios. Kashia trained her voice with Caroline McPherson (Universität der Künste, Berlin), her piano technique with Aleksey Kosenko (assistant to Stanisław Neuhaus in Moscow), and songwriting skills with Mark Cawley (a hit-songwriter from Nashville, author of, among others, many hits for Tina Turner, Joe Cooker and the Spice Girls).
